Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in diverse production zones
- Perform quality inspections and process monitoring to meet specifications
- Execute preventive maintenance on machinery and production systems
- Document production data and maintain accurate batch records
- Adhere to GMP and safety protocols in cleanroom environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and training new personnel
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent technical certification
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Familiarity with mechanical/electrical systems and basic tools
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Strong problem-solving and observational skills
- Comfortable with overnight shift schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation
