Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated wafer fabrication equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine inspections of wafers and components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Document production data accurately and generate shift reports for process improvements.
- Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a contamination-free environment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assist in equipment upgrades and process optimizations.
- Participate in shift handovers to ensure seamless transition and continuous production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics).
- Experience in a semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (wearing bunny suits) for the duration of the shift.
- Comfortable working in a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of team collaboration.
