Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production monitoring or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and metrics
- Proficiency in using production monitoring software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
