Join Marigold Manufacturing Corporation as a Production Officer 1 and become a key driver in our manufacturing excellence. In this critical role, you will orchestrate end-to-end production operations by strategically planning, leading, organizing, and controlling manpower, materials, machinery, and processes to ensure optimal efficiency and output quality. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles, maintain production schedules, and uphold stringent quality standards while continuously improving operational workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines
- Manage and optimize manpower allocation, machine utilization, and material inventory
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols and safety standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and procedures
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in production/manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data analysis)
- Problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Ability to lead teams and work under pressure
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
