Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control the production line to ensure smooth operations and adherence to daily schedules.
- Ensure that all products meet the specified quality standards and quantity targets.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Optimize the use of raw materials and machinery to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to address defects and maintain high standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace for all staff.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of quality control systems and production methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of production machinery and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Valid Basic Safety Training (BBS) certification is preferred.
