Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production KPIs and implement process optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP) and quality control protocols
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment calibration and preventive maintenance
- Train production staff on safety procedures and best practices
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure workplace safety adherence and 5S implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production environment
- Certification in food safety management (HACCP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in production management software (SAP, MES)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
