Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of production technicians and machine operators to ensure daily output targets are achieved.
- Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and ensure optimal machine efficiency.
- Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workplace safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Coordinate with the planning and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure material availability for production runs.
- Conduct regular training sessions for production staff to upgrade technical skills and safety awareness.
- Prepare daily production reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings to the Production Manager.
- Implement 5S methodologies and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance workplace productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic production management software.
- Deep understanding of safety standards (OSHA) and quality management systems (ISO 9001/14001).
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis as required by production schedules.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin (for coordination purposes).
