In this critical role, you will be tasked with driving the end-to-end resolution of operational performance issues, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability for our mission-critical production systems. You will act as a key liaison between development, infrastructure, and support teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence. Your days will be filled with proactive monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, and the implementation of long-term fixes. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar fields. You are an expert troubleshooter who thrives under pressure and possesses deep technical knowledge spanning cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Bash), and configuration management. Certification in ITIL is a strong plus, as our workflow hinges on structured incident, problem, and change management processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end resolution of production incidents and operational performance issues to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Monitor production systems, identify anomalies, and proactively implement fixes to prevent service disruptions and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Collaborate with software development and infrastructure engineering teams to design, test, and deploy scalable, resilient system architectures.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, and other modern scripting languages to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production outages and define, document, and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures, system configurations, disaster recovery plans, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 system availability, providing expert-level support for escalated production issues.
- Manage and improve the continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring smooth, risk-free rollout of software releases and infrastructure changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Production Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or a similar role managing critical systems.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages specifically Python and Bash; experience with Go is a significant plus.
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure) and containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and demonstrated experience applying incident, problem, and change management best practices in a high-stakes environment.
- Extensive experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Datadog.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong track record of performing detailed root cause analysis for complex, multi-tier system failures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
