Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure targets are met within budget and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance plant efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Manage and mentor production supervisors and floor staff to build a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement departments to ensure raw material availability and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive data-based operational decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and internal quality protocols.
- Manage departmental budgets and implement cost-saving strategies across the production line.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
