Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production and operational workflows for car park systems.
- Manage and lead a team of field technicians to ensure timely maintenance and installation.
- Optimize operational processes to reduce downtime and improve system efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on productivity and resource utilization.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements within the transport and logistics sector.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline the supply chain and logistics.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in production management, operations, or facilities maintenance.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams and third-party contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and operational management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Valid knowledge of local safety and transport regulations is highly preferred.
