- Oversee daily production operations and ensure strict adherence to production schedules and timelines.
- Analyze daily production results to identify trends, errors, and areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions and production strategies to enhance overall efficiency and output quality.
- Monitor and manage material status, inventory levels, and supply chain logistics to prevent downtime.
- Lead the production team, assigning priorities and providing guidance on operational best practices.
- Review upcoming plans and adjust resource allocation to meet changing production demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols across the manufacturing floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Production Operations or Manufacturing Management role.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Manufacturing Management.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software is highly preferred.
