We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Operations Officer to join the dynamic team at P & B Valises Et Compagnie. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our furniture manufacturing process. You will serve as the bridge between production planning and execution, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met consistently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee the daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of furniture products.
- Enforce strict quality control measures to maintain industry-leading standards in furniture manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to manage raw material inventory and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are following best practices and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production operations or manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems (ISO).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using production tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
