Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor complex production machinery and bottling lines to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks and calibration of equipment to meet brand standards.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Document production data and report any anomalies or safety hazards immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use SCADA/HMI systems.
