As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production lines to ensure all products meet quality specifications and safety standards.
- Perform regular checks and basic maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Accurately document production data, output quantities, and any potential issues encountered during shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any mechanical malfunctions or safety concerns to the floor supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification.
- Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working on a shift rotation basis (including weekends/public holidays if required).
- Basic proficiency in reading and understanding work instructions in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks or standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical instructions.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is an advantage but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a diverse team.
