As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily operations, ensuring that all equipment is running optimally and that materials flow through the production line without interruption. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high quality and safety standards while gaining valuable hands-on experience in one of Singapore's premier industrial hubs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor the flow of materials and finished products throughout the production process.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime.
- Document daily production outputs and report any irregularities to the production supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment faults.
- Good physical stamina to handle manual tasks and standing shifts.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Willingness to commit to a 1-year renewable contract.
