Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor equipment performance continuously to identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
- Perform routine basic maintenance and cleaning of production machinery to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods to meet company consistency standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation following 5S principles.
- Accurately document production output, downtime, and material usage in daily logs.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality output.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
