Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble vehicle components accurately according to the standard Production Manual and technical drawings.
- Operate production line machinery and assembly tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all parts meet company specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support a safe manufacturing environment.
- Identify and report any mechanical defects or assembly inconsistencies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols (HSE guidelines).
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production quotas and performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent in any field.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive assembly environment is highly preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and assembly manuals in English or Malay.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to strict operational guidelines.
- Must be willing to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for production floor duties.
- Possess a positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
