We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Kuching, Sarawak. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your primary goal will be to meet daily production targets while ensuring high-quality output through rigorous quality checks. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks.
- Monitor output quality to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate production logs and daily reports.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Willingness to work shifts or overtime as required.
