As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and smoothly. You will report directly to the Production Supervisor and assist in daily operations, equipment monitoring, raw material handling, and quality assurance. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Supervisor in daily manufacturing and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are adequately prepared and available for production runs.
- Conduct quality checks on products during various stages of production to meet the company's quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production logs and records, including output quantities and downtime incidents.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform general housekeeping duties on the production floor to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or plant environment is highly advantageous.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual handling tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and SOP compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, overtime, and weekends as required by production schedules.
- Candidates with a forklift license or other relevant machinery certifications will be given priority.
