Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine machine inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Execute production tasks according to the daily manufacturing schedule and targets.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods to ensure adherence to company specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support Lean manufacturing principles.
- Report any mechanical malfunctions or production delays to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations at all times.
- Document production data and shift reports accurately for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent vocational certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery operations quickly.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights and weekends as required.
- Good command of Malay and basic English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Disciplined, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a team-based environment.
