Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production line performance to ensure quality standards are met at all times.
- Handle materials and heavy equipment as required by the production workflow.
- Perform regular troubleshooting and minor adjustments to machinery to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OHS standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Complete daily production reports and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily production targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in physically demanding roles involving heavy lifting.
- Strong stamina and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work in shifting schedules.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
