Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure high-efficiency output.
- Perform regular quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to strict company specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Document production activities, performance metrics, and inventory data accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve process bottlenecks.
- Ensure the workstation is kept clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational training certification in a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, safety labels, and production blueprints.
- Strong manual dexterity and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
