Tanggung Jawab
- Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods to ensure they meet TransPak's high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with 5S and workplace safety regulations.
- Monitor production output and report any mechanical issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent product damage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to suggest better ways of working and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or production plant environment.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical instructions and safety manuals.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring standing or manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts and adapt to flexible production schedules as required.
