MFG Technology Sdn. Bhd., a leading manufacturing company located in Batu Berendam, Melaka, is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our production team. As a Production Operator, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machines operate smoothly, production targets are met, and every product meets the highest quality standards.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where safety and precision are paramount. Your responsibilities will include setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment, performing routine inspections, and documenting production data. You will follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. We value teamwork, so you will collaborate with your colleagues to optimize workflows and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
We are looking for candidates with a strong attention to detail, basic technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing role is a plus. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines in all manufacturing activities.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Document production data, track defects, and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with basic quality inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and follow technical documents and SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg as needed.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
