We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in San Pablo City, Laguna.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods, adhering to strict quality standards, and maintaining cost efficiency. You will operate production machinery, monitor processes, perform immediate corrective maintenance as needed, and collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.

- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient performance.
- Produce goods according to standard specifications and production schedules.
- Perform immediate corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Record production data and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the production area and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols strictly.
