As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in our assembly and production line processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our photonics products while maintaining high safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assemble precision components for photonics products with high attention to detail.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all finished products meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
- Accurately document production output and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily manufacturing targets and efficiency goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is an added advantage.
- Able to work on shifts and overtime when required.
- Possess good eyesight and physical stamina to perform manual assembly tasks.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols and production guidelines.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
