We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic workforce in Segamat, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all products meet strict quality control standards before packaging and dispatch.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report any faults or malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
- Adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and wear all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to optimize workflow and increase overall efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area by following 5S principles.
- Document production data accurately and maintain daily logs.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification (Minimum SPM with credits in Mathematics and Science is preferred).
- Basic technical or vocational training in manufacturing or engineering is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and night shifts as required by production schedules.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, plant, or palm oil industry setting is highly desirable.
