Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect finished products rigorously to ensure they meet strict quality control standards and specifications.
- Package and label products correctly for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all 5S and safety protocols.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues and promptly report major defects to the supervisor.
- Perform machine changeovers, setups, and routine preventive maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and minimize downtime.
- Accurately document production data, shift reports, and inventory counts.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School Graduate) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehousing environment is a distinct advantage but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 25 kilograms, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to effectively follow both written and verbal instructions in English and Filipino.
- Must reside within Metro Manila or be willing to relocate to Las Pinas City.
