Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery and assembly equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform visual and technical inspections to ensure components meet quality specifications.
- Monitor production output to ensure daily targets and efficiency goals are consistently met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, strictly adhering to workplace safety protocols.
- Document production logs and report any equipment malfunctions or process deviations to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product specifications and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; technical/vocational training is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment is preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and high attention to detail for handling small components.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts if required.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
- Must be physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
