Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
- Handle, organize, and prepare raw materials for the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet stringent specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Assemble, pack, and label finished products for dispatch.
- Record production data accurately in logs and systems.
- Report any machine malfunctions, safety hazards, or process deviations to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve workflow.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; full on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items (up to 20kg).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment if required.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
- Possesses basic numeracy and literacy skills for record-keeping.
