Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist in the cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of production lines and tools.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize waste and maximize production yield.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and shift goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Secondary School (O-Level/SPM) with relevant experience in Manufacturing or Engineering is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machinery operations.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks as required.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to undergo food safety training and certification.
