Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely according to established procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages to ensure they meet specified standards and identify any defects.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products from the production line.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Accurately complete production logs, reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Report any machinery malfunctions, production anomalies, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/High School qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in a manufacturing or production environment is a significant advantage.
- Ability to understand and accurately follow verbal and written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Good observation skills and meticulous attention to detail for effective quality control.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and performing minor maintenance on machinery.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift moderate weights as required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety practices and regulations.
- A proactive, reliable, and positive team player with good communication skills.
