- Identify and follow detailed production procedures and work instructions
- Differentiate between acceptable and unacceptable raw materials through quality checks
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Document production activities and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing production environment
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required
