Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality checks on finished goods to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with 5S standards.
- Report any mechanical issues or production anomalies to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products prior to distribution.
- Strictly adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Complete accurate production logs and documentation at the end of each shift.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM/STPM or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis (including weekends/public holidays if required).
- Basic understanding of safety regulations in an industrial setting.
- Dependable with a strong record of punctuality and attendance.
- Effective communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
