Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform precise assembly tasks to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections to identify and report defects or process deviations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S and safety protocols.
- Update production logs and documentation accurately for shift reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure all safety gear (PPE) is worn and safety guidelines are strictly followed at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or GCE 'O'/'N' Level qualification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or cleanroom environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
- Good command of English to read technical manuals and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and machine monitoring.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing setting.
