Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality meets company standards
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Complete production documentation and quality control checks as required
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with technical background preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures precisely
- Good attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of production machinery and equipment operation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required
