Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision product assembly according to technical specifications
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality system requirements
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products for quality compliance and defects
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
- Document production activities and equipment status accurately
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification in technical field
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Experience with assembly operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
