Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards
- Conduct routine quality inspections and product testing to meet specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
- Document production data and maintain accurate equipment logs
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment troubleshooting
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and preventive maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow standardized procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
