Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet company specifications and industry safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Assist in material handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company housekeeping policies at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily targets and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical processes, safety procedures, and production workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and operation guides.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights for extended shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented setting.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (optional but considered a plus for logistics roles).
