Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine pre-run and post-run inspections of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated and automated production lines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to supervisors immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, or equivalent qualification in any technical or engineering field.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly line, or warehouse environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical manuals, instructions, and safety signs.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- A proactive team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts or weekends) if required.
