Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate production machinery and equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions.
- Prepare Materials: Prepare raw materials, auxiliary ingredients, and necessary production tools prior to the start of the shift.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes closely to ensure product quality standards are met and identify any defects immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines at all times.
- Reporting: Document production data and report any technical issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent vocational training in a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
- Reliability: Punctual and willing to work full-time hours.
