Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company hygiene and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to strict food safety and HACCP regulations.
- Support the assembly and packaging lines to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report shortages to the production supervisor.
- Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Document daily production output and prepare accurate reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing or fast-paced production environment is preferred.
- Nitec or GCE 'N'/'O' Level certification is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety guidelines.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy goods as required.
- Basic command of English to read safety signs and instructions.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
