Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality control checks and inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Load raw materials into machinery and unload finished products with care to prevent damage.
- Monitor production output and report any delays, malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to the daily production schedule to meet daily output targets.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV (O-Level) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
