- Operate and monitor production machinery for plastic product fabrication
- Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S principles
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Good communication skills and team collaboration ability
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore
