Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections to ensure all products meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Document production data accurately, including output, defects, and downtime, for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and resolve production issues.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting raw material needs and finished goods storage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification with relevant technical training.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends, as required.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin (a plus).
