- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal efficiency and output
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for batch processing and packaging
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production documentation
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot basic operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Implement 5S principles for workplace organization and safety
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years in manufacturing or pharmaceutical production
- Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory compliance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting systems
- Physical stamina to work standing for extended periods
