Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance to ensure production output targets are met consistently.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished steel wire products to identify defects.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with OSH regulations.
- Accurately record production data, shift reports, and inventory usage logs.
- Collaborate with team leaders and technicians to optimize workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Good understanding of basic machine operation and safety practices.
- Ability to interpret simple technical instructions and production manuals.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts (including night shifts where applicable).
- Possess a disciplined attitude toward time management and attendance.
