Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture products according to specifications
- Execute established procedures and quality control protocols during manufacturing cycles
- Adjust equipment parameters to maintain production efficiency and product standards
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documentation
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required
