Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure continuous workflow and high output.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with workplace safety (WSH) guidelines.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Record and document production data accurately for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with team leads to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in the packing and preparation of goods for logistics and distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or Nitec certification in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to read technical manuals or instructions.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
