Coim Group, a global leader in the production of polyurethane resins, polyester polyols, and specialty chemicals, is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Operator for a 2-year renewable contract at our cutting-edge facility on Jurong Island.

Your Role in Our Success:
As a Production Operator, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment. You will follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mix raw materials, control batch processes, and package finished products. Safety is our top priority, and you will actively participate in safety protocols, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures. Your attention to detail ensures that our products meet rigorous quality standards before being shipped to clients worldwide.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and monitor chemical processing equipment such as reactors, pumps, compressors, and distillation columns as per SOPs.
- Perform loading/unloading of raw materials (liquid and solid chemicals) and manage inventory using the ERP system.
- Conduct in-process quality testing (e.g., viscosity, pH, color) to ensure product conformity.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and first-line troubleshooting of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to 5S and ISO standards.
- Complete detailed shift logs and production reports accurately.
- Respond to process alarms and emergency situations swiftly and effectively.
- Work closely with the shift team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC in Chemical Process Technology (or equivalent).
- Prior experience in a chemical plant or petrochemical facility is preferred.
- Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) is a strong plus.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg and wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and report generation.
